JOHN E. FAIR
Mr.
Fair has 19 years of design and project management experience in the areas
of scheduling, estimation, cost control, contract administration, team
management, design/process review, fabrication inspection, client liaison,
quality control, safety management, equipment selection, trouble shooting,
labour relations, and public relations.
Mr. Fair has experience managing a wide range of petrochemical and other
industrial processes right from hands-on field experience up to senior
project manager positions. He has demonstrated an ability to bring projects
in on time and on budget in Canada and overseas.
Mr. Fair's broad technical background includes expertise in: rotating
mechanical equipment, positive displacement (metering) pumps, pumping systems,
pressure piping systems, electrical control systems, structural design,
pressure vessels, A.S.M.E. codes, National Building Code, CSA standards,
steel fabrication, process flow diagrams, preliminary/budget through final
design, piping ISO's, specifications site inspection, commissioning, and
efficiency/productivity studies.
John's international experience includes:

6 months in Northeast China as the Site Project Manager for the $350 Million
Liaoning Environmental Project; Wastewater Treatment Feasibility Study.

C.I.D.A. - Industrial Cooperation Division Trade Mission to Buenos Aires,
Argentina to developjoint ventures in the oil and gas sector for the purpose
of technology transfer.

1 ½ months in Guatemala doing preliminary design of a water supply
system for the remote Mayan mountain community of Paquila.
A Senior Project Manager with the FCEL, Mr. Fair has a successful history
of handling projects from conception right through to completion.
